Contracts Signed for New Ledbury Development as Works Prepare to Start on Site

We are delighted to announce that contracts have now been signed for our latest development in Ledbury, with works scheduled to commence on site in June following the successful completion of the tender process.

The project represents another exciting milestone for Bespoke Construction Consultants and continues our growing portfolio of sustainable, high-quality developments across Herefordshire and the surrounding counties.

We are also pleased to be working once again with Aspire Building Contractors, marking our third project together within the last six months. Alongside this latest scheme, we are currently collaborating on the Green Barn project in Shropshire, a high-performance Passive House-style development, as well as the Southside Farm project in Hereford, where new facilities are being delivered to support Growing Local’s community-led food and education initiatives.

Developing strong relationships with trusted contractors is an important part of delivering successful projects, and over recent months we have built an excellent working partnership with Aspire. Their collaborative approach, technical expertise and commitment to quality align closely with the values we bring to every project.

As Employer’s Agent and Project Managers, our role is to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, professionally and with the client’s objectives firmly at the centre of every decision. This relies heavily on effective communication and a shared commitment from the wider project team, something that has been evident throughout our work with Aspire to date.
