Summary

We discovered and presented this parcel of land to one of our clients, Citizen Housing, as they were looking for development sites for their open market housing arm Signature Homes.

​

We provided them with a full development and technical review along with site feasibility for consideration. From which, they decided to go ahead and purchase the site.

​

Following the agreement to proceed with the purchase, we were appointed to manage the Approval of Technical Matters following initial PIP (planning in Principle) consent.

​

This included appointing other specialist consultants and completing technical surveys to support the application.

It was agreed that we’d act as the ‘Employers Agent’ following the Approval of Technical matters. This included producing contract documents to send out for tenders and managing the tender process.
