Summary

Following a detailed development appraisal and review of the technical constraints, we identified this land parcel as the perfect plot for our client.

 

Situated in the rural village of Ditton Priors in Shropshire, it’s just east of the market town of Bridgenorth.

​

The site already had an outline consent, which we knew could be significantly improved with a redesign of the house type, mix and scheme layout. Our goal was to add value to both the land and the completed site GDV.

We went on to manage the detailed planning application, appoint other key consultants and commission the relevant technical reports. Following which, we secured a much-improved planning consent, which enhanced the potential GDV of the completed site. Res Homes went on to sell the site and make a healthy profit.

We continue to work with Bespoke to this day and hope to continue the strong
