Construction Management is a specialist procurement route that offers greater control, flexibility and transparency when applied in the right circumstances.
Rather than appointing a single main contractor, the client engages trade contractors directly. We sit above those packages, managing programme, coordination and delivery on your behalf.
When it works best
Construction Management is not suitable for every project, but where it fits, it can be highly effective.

Our role
During pre-construction, we establish the framework for delivery, developing programme, advising on packaging strategy and managing procurement of trade packages.
Once on site, we coordinate a multi-party environment, managing programme, overseeing design information and ensuring clear communication across all contractors.
A key advantage of this route is cost transparency. With no main contractor margin applied across packages, clients have direct visibility of costs, supported by structured cost control and early identification of any pressures.
