Summary
Following completion of the initial design stage, detailed cost appraisal revealed that the scheme had exceeded the available budget.
Working collaboratively with the architect and client, the project was reviewed and refined to bring it back into financial alignment while protecting the integrity of the design and its Passivhaus performance.

Through structured value engineering and careful procurement planning, the scheme was successfully realigned so that its key ambitions could be maintained.
