Summary
We found this parcel of land for our client, Res Homes, and following our detailed development appraisal and review of the technical constraints, they went on to purchase the site.
There was already a vague outline plan in place, which we knew could be improved in order to add significant value to the scheme.
Consequently, we were appointed to manage the detailed planning application process, with the remit of improving the mix and quality of the units where possible.
We were delighted to be successful in achieving planning for three large 5-bed eco houses and a single-storey bungalow with a high-quality design.
