Summary
The scheme involved the construction of eight 5-bed luxury homes in the village of Minsterworth, just 5 miles from Gloucester City Centre.
The houses were traditionally built using high-quality materials that included Cotswold stone roofing tiles and metal rainwater goods. In addition, outdoor kitchens were constructed, and 2 swimming pools were added.
Top-quality landscaping was a key part of the scheme along with large SUDS and Ecological wildlife areas being integrated into the land behind the site.
Our client was delighted with the result and we now have a strong ongoing relationship whereby, we’ve taken the lead on many of their projects.
