As Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator, we act as your representative, protecting your interests from concept through to completion.

Pre-construction

We ensure projects are set up properly before entering contract.

This includes preparing clear Employer’s Requirements, managing the tender process, and advising on procurement and contract strategy. By removing ambiguity and ensuring all risks are understood upfront, we help prevent issues arising later.

Construction phase

Once on site, we provide structured oversight across all aspects of delivery.

We monitor programme and progress, identifying potential delays early. We manage change through a controlled process, ensuring variations are properly instructed and agreed before works proceed.

We also assess and certify payments in line with actual progress, maintaining appropriate financial control throughout the project.

Regular site inspections ensure that quality and compliance standards are met, with any issues addressed promptly.
