Summary
We have be appointed by My Choice Healthcare as the Employer’s Agent to manage the re design and deliver this new high quality 16-bed care home in Tonypandy.
The initial design that we were provided with was challenging and costly due to the site logistics and access constraints, so we are now working with the design team and preferred main contractor to create and deliver a more commercially viable scheme, in line with My Choice’s aspirations.
We’ll be managing the whole redesign process, from design, costing and programme duration, to administering the JCT contract on the client’s behalf, through to practical completion.
