Appointed as Employer’s Agent for Broadway FC clubhouse and sports facilities

We have been appointed as Employer’s Agent for Spitfire Bespoke Homes Limited on a landmark community sports project in Broadway, Worcestershire.

The scheme will deliver a brand new clubhouse and football facilities for Broadway FC, creating a modern, high-quality environment at the heart of the local community.

The project will be delivered under two separate JCT Design & Build contracts and includes:

• A new clubhouse with four team changing rooms, bar, commercial kitchen and flexible community space

• Three natural turf pitches

• One 3G floodlit pitch, all designed and constructed to Sport England specification

  
  

The tender process is currently underway, with works expected to commence on site this summer.

This project reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the delivery of well-considered, community-focused developments. Facilities such as these play an important role in bringing people together, supporting grassroots sport and creating spaces that can be enjoyed for generations.
