Summary
We were appointed by Interclass PLC as both quantity surveyors and commercial support consultants for this exciting scheme.
The development was a new commercial factory unit, designed to support existing onsite facilities with a new large warehouse area and two additional floors of office space.
We administered the traditional JCT contract and worked collaboratively with the client’s quantity surveyor to deliver the scheme within their budget.

As well as this, we procured the relevant subcontractors and managed the accounts, internal reporting and forecasting of the scheme right through to completion.
The result: it was a huge success, even attracting the attention of the Mayor of the West Midlands, Andy Street who complimented us on the scheme.
