Summary
We were appointed by Speller Metcalfe Living Limited for our quantity surveying and commercial support services.
This newbuild residential scheme was made up of 18 houses, 4 maisonettes and a block of 40 apartments. A significant emphasis was placed on delivering an energy efficient scheme, with all plots having air source heat pumps, PV solar panels, car charging facilities and enhanced thermal profiling.

We administered the JCT design and build form of main contract, and provided all necessary support to make sure the scheme was delivered as agreed, and the needs of all parties were met. We also procured all subcontractors and managed the accounts, internal reporting and forecasting right through to completion.
Our ongoing relationship with Speller Metcalfe that spans the last ten years, is testament to the success of the project.
