Welcome, Eric!

We’re pleased to welcome Eric to the Bespoke Construction Consultants team.

Eric is a dedicated construction professional with over nine years of experience spanning residential, commercial and civil projects across both the UK and Ghana. Holding an MSc in Construction Project Management (UK) and a BSc in Construction Technology and Management, he brings specialist expertise in NEC4/JCT contracts, risk management, quality assurance and Field View systems.

Eric’s career reflects a strong balance of technical knowledge and practical delivery. He is currently based in London, overseeing site operations, ensuring safety compliance and coordinating records for the effective delivery of multiple projects. Prior to joining us, Eric served as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at ADI B&R Ltd., where he worked on The Crown Estate’s Atwood House Façade Refurbishment Project, ensuring adherence to structural and fire safety standards while optimising workflows. Before that, he successfully managed the construction of an 18-unit residential block for Ghana Customs at Prolux Investment Ltd., delivering the project on time and within budget.

His key skills include strategic planning, contract administration, effective communication and advanced proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and digital site management tools such as Field View.

Eric’s global experience and commitment to excellence make him a strong addition to our London team, reinforcing our ability to deliver high-quality, well-managed projects.
