Toby joins the team!

We’re delighted to welcome Toby to the Bespoke Construction Consultants team.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Toby brings a wealth of knowledge across residential and commercial sectors. His impressive project portfolio spans everything from bespoke one-off homes to large-scale developments of up to 750 units, including work for private clients, local authorities, housing associations, and national house builders.

Toby’s hands-on expertise includes delivery of flats, timber frame construction, refurbishment schemes, and multiple award-winning developments, having been involved in eight NHBC Pride in the Job Award-winning sites to date.

His commercial experience is equally strong, having contributed to the successful delivery of schools, a sports centre/community hub, and an art gallery.

Toby strengthens our team’s capability and reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality, thoughtful projects across a wide variety of sectors.
