In 2025, Bespoke Construction Consultants Limited was appointed to lead a complex, multi-stakeholder development under a JCT Construction Management contract. The client, having previously relied on traditional procurement routes, was looking for a delivery model that offered greater flexibility, cost transparency and collaborative control - qualities that had been difficult to achieve in the past.
