Delivering an executive bungalow design in rural Herefordshire

Bespoke Construction Consultants has been appointed to deliver a bespoke single-storey home in the Herefordshire village of Ewyas Harold for developer Westwood Developments.

The project involves the construction of an executive bungalow designed to meet modern living standards while complementing the village’s rural setting.

Bespoke’s appointment covered the entire pre-construction and delivery process, from managing the planning application and design team to overseeing technical compliance and providing ongoing project support. Acting as a single point of coordination, Bespoke ensured a smooth and efficient route from concept to construction.
