We’re proud to be supporting the Duchy of Cornwall on a suite of exciting potential development projects across Herefordshire.
Working across six locations, including St Weonards, Burghill, Madley, and Stretton Sugwas, our team has been providing strategic planning and technical management to help bring forward high-quality, sustainable development aligned with the Duchy’s long-term vision.
Our role has included early-stage site appraisals, coordinating technical surveys, managing local authority engagement, and helping shape proposals in line with placemaking, sustainability, and stewardship principles. By tackling technical constraints upfront, we’ve been able to de-risk the planning process and unlock delivery potential across multiple sites.
In addition to planning, we’re helping identify appropriate long-term custodians, delivery partners who share the Duchy’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and community value.
Key highlights include:
Securing positive pre-application feedback for the St Weonards site
Unlocking development potential through early resolution of technical issues
Maintaining project momentum and reinforcing the Duchy’s development reputation in Herefordshire
Identifying suitable end users through targeted engagement
Responding proactively to evolving client needs
We’re excited to continue working alongside the Duchy, Quattro Design Architects, and Herefordshire Council to deliver places that reflect strong design values, community benefit and environmental responsibility.
