Bespoke has been appointed by Signature Homes, the open market housing arm of Citizen Housing Group, to deliver a new £2.6 million development of executive bungalows in Bretforton, near Evesham.

Following our early introduction of the site opportunity, we’ve taken on a lead role, managing the planning process, coordinating all technical inputs and acting as Employer’s Agent through to completion. The scheme includes five generously sized, traditionally constructed bungalows, each designed with quality, comfort and sustainability at the core.

Our role includes:

• Managing the planning process and coordinating all sub-consultants to offer a streamlined, single-point service

• Preparing contract documentation and overseeing a competitive tender process

• Appointing and administering the main contractor under a JCT-style contract

• Acting as Employer’s Agent throughout the build, including managing monthly valuations, programme monitoring, and cost control

Sustainability and community focus

This development embraces a fabric-first approach, prioritising high insulation and airtightness to reduce energy use. The homes will feature Air Source Heat Pumps and Photovoltaic panels, ensuring low-carbon, efficient heating solutions.

Signature Homes is also committed to supporting the local supply chain, engaging regional contractors and suppliers wherever possible to boost the local economy.
